On April 12th, 2023, Signatories gathered both in person and virtually to recognize the 4th anniversary of the Impact Principles. Leaders in the industry shared their insights on the market, what is needed to continue the growth of impact investing and the development of best practices. In just 4 years, we have seen the Signatory base nearly triple in size, creating a diverse global community of impact investors committed to this standard for impact investing.

The Global Impact Investing Network has released a pilot impact performance benchmark focused on the agricultural sector, allowing investors to analyze sector-specific impact performance across the market and compare their own impact results to their peers and the Sustainable Development Goals. The benchmark will continue to evolve as investors submit data. All impact investors in agriculture are welcome to participate. Create an IRIS+ account or contact research@thegiin.org.
